  I had 2 minor skin procedures taken care of and the experience was fast, painless and professional. All my questions were answered without me feeling foolish. I got free samples too! Score👍🏻

  I saw Dr Ridriguez for a skin check for any signs of skin cancer. Dr Rodriguez was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him for any dermatology issues.

  The office staff and billing department at this facility are easily some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. ​If you have an issue, don’t expect help. The front desk gives you the run-around and forces you to call other numbers rather than taking ownership and solving the problem. To make matters worse, the office/billing manager is incredibly condescending. ​The tipping point was being charged a "missed appointment fee" for an error they made. When they called to confirm my insurance info, they explicitly told me verbally that my appointment was on Tuesday. When I showed up/followed up, they claimed it was a different day and slapped me with a fee for their own mistake. ​The incompetence doesn't stop there. They refused to deal with my secondary insurance, ignoring the clear instructions on the card because they didn't want to do their part and contact them. ​As for the actual medical care, it’s a joke. They spend about five minutes with you just to rush you out with a basic Walmart formulary prescription. They clearly prioritize high patient turnover over quality care and basic respect. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually knows how to run an office.

  Their service is great but I've stopped using them cause their billing department is horrible and kicks back every bill. They have kicked back all of my bills and the response is so slow from their billing team that we have cancelled all of our appointments and moved to another doctor

  Dr. Rodriguez is an excellent dermatology provider. He saw my daughter for eczema and molluscum, and we had such a positive experience. He took his time during the appointment, thoroughly explained everything, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. My daughter was very nervous at first, but Dr. Rodriguez was patient, kind, and made her feel completely comfortable. He treated one of her lesions during the visit, which we really appreciated. He also provided a clear treatment plan and prescription, which made us feel confident moving forward until our next appointment. We will definitely continue seeing Dr. Rodriguez and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dermatology provider.
