On Sunday I wait for forever in a stagnant line only to finally learn that my medicine was not available. The pharmacist said that the text notifications are automated. Why send them in the first place? I'm so annoyed that I have to come back again tomorrow. They need to fix their automated communication system as it's very misleading/inaccurate.

Even though they text me and say they have two medications ready they can only give me one. I frequently have to call my insurance to see why certain medications won’t be covered which is something that every single other pharmacy I have gone to is able to tell me without me having to call the insurance company. I have called the pharmacy about 12 times In the last 30 minutes and no one answers and I can’t leave a voicemail. I am going to be switching my medications to any other pharmacy posthaste. The company leaves concerned comments on all of the negative reviews however, nothing Has improved or changed in the eight months I have been getting my prescription there.
