  I did a walk-in; the phlebotomist was pleasant, and cautioned me that he had an appointment scheduled in 10 minutes, so if I was not checked in within a few minutes, my wait would be 30-40 minutes. I had no problem checking in at the kiosk. I had already scheduled an appointment, but first available was 3 weeks out. I followed reviews that suggested to arrive at 7 when Quest in Safeway opens, and it worked for me. When I left, at 7:10 or so, there were 2 people in the waiting room.

  The Experience could not have been better. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment, checked in by mobile phone 10 minutes prior to appointment, into the lab 5 minutes early. Jasper the phlebotomist performed an ideal stick. He drew the blood cleanly and I was out of the lab in less than 10 minutes.

  The person working there (medium height, Asian looking male, with glasses and phased out look) could not get blood to fill the second tube, so instead of trying another blood vessle, he OPENED UP BOTH TUBES AND POURED BLOOD FROM THE 1ST TO THE 2ND, saying "it usually cloggs after two minutes". The guy broke sterile protocols and gave me a false positive result. Now I have to go retake the test somewhere else. UNBELIEVABLE.
