I was willing to wait, but the staff member kept criticizing me unnecessarily, referred to me by my appointment time instead of my name, and wrongly insisted I had the wrong appointment for a contact lens exam. Despite my repeated apologies and agreement to wait, the constant criticism made me uncomfortable, so I decided to leave. I hope the store encourages this staff member to communicate more respectfully with customers in the future.
