    Jared trains me on my 2nd day on the Fast Fit equipment. He’s so knowledgeable and encouraging and exuberant about the benefits of this 20 minute slow motion strength training.     I love working out with Ryan and the other trainers at TPW! I was at a plateau in my weight loss journey and decided I had to lift heavier weights. He’s very knowledgeable about how our bodies work and how the machines benefit strength training.
