    Jarod and his team at the Perfect Workout has been a God-send. No matter what my schedule, I am able to fit the 20 minutes into this workout. Already, I am stronger and notice how much easier it is to perform more difficult physical tasks. What I love is how caring they are. I always feel well-worked out but not over-done.

    Jared trains me on my 2nd day on the Fast Fit equipment. He’s so knowledgeable and encouraging and exuberant about the benefits of this 20 minute slow motion strength training.     I love working out with Ryan and the other trainers at TPW! I was at a plateau in my weight loss journey and decided I had to lift heavier weights. I needed the push to safely go beyond my historical limits. It is a jam-packed 20 min workout that flies by. I go at off hours and often have the whole gym to myself with my trainer. Best of all I lost 9 lbs in 3 months without changing anything else in my diet or routine.
