    Go to coach Joey! Since my first workout, I was able to increase my overall leg press results by 18.4%. He cares about his clients and will give good tips to help you improve your overall strength in chest, back, legs, and glutes.

    I’ve loved my year-plus at the Menlo Park Perfect Workout. Dante is super nice and listens to me if I need to make any changes to my workout. He’s very knowledgeable about how our bodies work and how the machines benefit strength training. At age 73, I believe that I am headed into a healthier, more vigorous life with the help of the Perfect Workout.

    The Perfect Workout is great! Very efficient and pain free. Good for maintaining muscle strength, without hours at the gym. Ryan is an excellent trainer.

    The Perfect Workout has been the best place for me to move my fitness goals. I have been working out with Ryan for the past four months. He has helped me move toward my fitness goals and in a timely measure. I haven’t fallen off -and now looking to make a year commitment!
