    I recently tried three different classes at Barre3—Signature, Cardio, and Strength—and each one offered something unique while staying true to the brand’s focus on balanced, full-body workouts. What I love about Barre3 is their emphasis on body awareness, balance, and adaptability. The instructors were encouraging and knowledgeable, and the community vibe was positive and inclusive. Each class offered something a little different, so it’s easy to mix and match depending on what your body needs that day. Highly recommend trying all three if you want variety and a well-rounded fitness experience!

    Barre3 Menlo Park is AMAZING! I found it a few years ago while preparing for my wedding and have continued through 3 pregnancies and 3 postpartums! It's a hard workout and a great community!
