  Staff at this location are consistently dismissive and rude. I try to avoid this Quest because of past experiences, and unfortunately this visit was no different.

  I’ve gone to quest diagnostic on two occasions. The first time, I attempted to do a walk-in. Obviously I was ignorant to their set up and walk-ins do not really work. When I arrived and checked in, it said my wait time was approximately one hour. After the second hour and not yet being seen, I left. There are people who have been waiting 2 to 3 hours as a walk-ins and had not yet been seen by the time I left. The kiosk estimate time should be more realistic. I made a second visit and this time I made an appointment. When I arrived, the waiting room was overcrowded and very cramped. I checked in 20 minutes before my appointment and still had to wait 10 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. Once I was seen, the staff was very polite and tiny efficient. I suspect that this facility is understaffed which puts a real damper for the customers waiting. Also, if you miss hearing them, call your name, your appointment is canceled. My advice if you go to this office is to absolutely make an appointment. Don’t show up without an appointment. Also, at least you can wait in your car and wait for a text message, because waiting in that waiting room is a hazard to your health with the number of people cramped into that small room.

  Lydia had a great blood draw for my visit the first try. I have scar tissue and she was able to get it on first try. Thank you Quest and Lydia for the positive visit today. Patient Ronald
