  Excellent service from the staff from start to completion. Additionally, the check in process was smooth and easy on a I pad device, with helpful assistance from the front desk team. The the doctor’s assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable about my situation, he conveyed the situation to me and explained that the doctor will evaluate your symptoms. Give you an explanation of the condition, which he did.

  Dr. Davidson is wonderful! She listens to my concerns, and made a plan to resolve my skin issues. She is saving me from more future skin cancer (diagnosed before I started going to PDI), and I'm thoroughly pleased with her plan and the friendly staff.

  Everybody was very nice. The facilities were clean I was seen promptly. The only problem I had was when I talked to the doctor about some of my skin concerns. She didn’t say anything about what it was and what the treatment was and she turns around and she’s got the freezer device in her hand and she was ready to freeze stuff on my face and I said what are you doing? Well, I’m gonna freeze it off. She said she never talk to me about what it was and what her treatment was and if that was OK to do it that day. A little more communication would’ve been nice and then when I said I couldn’t do it that day she says OK then just make an appointment for when you can come back and she walked out of the room. Not that she was rude just not very personable. But the young man was very personable. He was good. He talked to me more than she did.

  I had very competent comprehensive care from Carmen today. I'm relieved to address several issues and discuss a variety of concerns. Ryan also initially interviewed me and he is so warm, patient, and supportive. I didn't feel rushed and happy with the high quality of care I received. The Menifee office only opened about 2 weeks ago and was confusing to find, but they are planning on better signage out at the street. Menifee will benefit from having its own location instead of having to drive to Murrieta or Temecula. This location can serve many areas.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Greg Davidson at Pacific Dermatology in Menifee is hands down one of the best dermatologists I’ve been to. His office is clean, professional, and well-run, which already sets the tone—but what really stands out is how thorough and attentive he is. He actually listens. Not just nodding along—but really hearing what you want, what your concerns are, and working with you to build a plan that makes sense. At the same time, he brings his expertise to the table and offers smart, honest suggestions that genuinely help you get the best results. You never feel rushed, you never feel overlooked. Just solid care, done right. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who knows his craft and treats you like a person, not a number—Dr. Davidson is the one. Highly recommend him for any of your dermatology needs.
