Didn't get much interaction with the staff except being told what needs to be filled out and where to wait. Get taken in for the exam, come out to pay, am told its nearly $50 over what my insurance copay is. Im informed that the retinal exam is extra. You should be telling people that BEFORE the service is rendered. Ya know, so I have the choice. I appreciate you guys taking that $50 with from me without my consent though. Really professional of you. I was going to stay and get new lenses for my glasses but I walked out. Pretty sure theres another glasses places across the street that is more honest. I wont be coming back to Lenscrafters. I dont do business with thieves.
