  I rarely post a negative review, however I feel obligated to let the public in on my experience here at the Haun Rd location. I was first seen in May 2025 for scalp issues (severe itch and inflammation) for 3 months. At my first appt, Dr Katz told me to “stop touching/itching” and “stop stressing out, seek counseling”. I begged for a cortisone shot to no avail. Fast forward to November; still no firm diagnosis, hundreds of dollars spent on co-pays and treatments that did not work, and a referral to an allergist. My point is don’t waste your time or money being seen here. My bald spots continue to grow as my bank account shrunk. The staff are nice enough, but clearly incompetent. From the front desk to the doctors. There is so much more to my story. Just consider this your warning. I also blame my primary care physician. The medical industry is nothing but a waste of money and time. We must be our own advocates, yet we must have insurance. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Came in here for a treatment got an antibiotic prescribed me after I was just on a different one and got violently sick because I think they interacted . Also wasn’t given any long-term recommendations for My new condition..

  I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! Dr. Koupaie is not a compassionate MD at all. He is abrasive and barely looks at you. I came in for a skin breakout and as he and the medical assistant are walking in, before the door is even closed he is telling me to "Pull my shirt down so he can see my skin." Not "Hello, my name is Dr. Koupaie, or nice to meet, or ANYTHING. I told him as soon as the door got shut that I would. He didn't even touch me! He barely looked at my skin and said, "Do you have diabetes? Do you have HBP, Do you have high cholesterol? I told him no, that I hadn't been diagnosed with any of those things. He says well "In my 38 years of experience, it is my opinion that usually skin irritations are signs of these things, and you have to work on your body from the inside out. I reiterated that those weren't my issues. He continues to say without barely look at me that I can take a prescription antihistamine pill and use Cetaphil to wash my skin for 3 months, because it looks like eczema, then come back and if those didn't work, then and only then would he send me to an allergist. This man is a joke! I went to the desk after my appointment and requested a 2nd opinion with the other dermatologist in the office. Hopefully I get better care and concern. Even the staff said this was not the first time anyone had complained. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

  Can we leave a negative review?! Thank you for having me drive 45 miles to come see you, and thank you for verifying my insurance at the time that I made my appointment, just so I could be told upon arrival that you don't take my insurance! Seriously, who are you people?! Why could you not contact me this morning to say that you don't want to take my insurance? And who was it that verified my insurance when I made the appointment?! Awful!!

  Staff very very rude!! I was there with a client who I take care of and her daughter And I got kicked out even tho I work for the family and the daughter can’t lift her mom, that’s why I was there. And I was told to leave. I sure hope the family doesn’t need me No one else was in the room with me I had a mask, I used hand sanitizer, lady was very very rude If I ever have to go to an eye doctor I will not choose that office. I hope she’s fired. And I hope they realize when a licensed care taker is there to help a patient they will let me help her.
