  I always enjoy my stretch sessions with Cheri. She’s been able to help reverse the impact that sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day has on my body, not to mention helping my mobility for golf and hockey. She has a great understanding of where I need help the most and focuses on those areas. I leave each session feeling fantastic!

  I went to see Cheri Ngo for a stretch service as I was having some rotator cuff issues. She stretched me beyond what I knew I needed. I felt my body got the stretch it needed as my body went into a relaxed state for hours after. I know I’m good hands as she’s a professional kinesiologist. I would definitely return and have already recommended her to my family.

  Cheri is an awesome reflexologist. Always asks questions about targeted areas, explains what she is doing and why, keeps me informed, suggest stretches to do on my own, very knowledgeable and willing to share information on suggestions regarding how I am reacting to reflexology.   Working with my flexologist, Cheri, for the past 8 months has made a huge difference in my mobility and overall daily comfort. When I started, my hips and lower back were extremely tight from years of playing rugby and general neglect, but her consistent, knowledgeable approach has helped me reduce pain and slowly develop flexibility. Cheri is professional, attentive, and great at determining what I need. I’ve noticed real improvements in how I move and feel day to day. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with stiffness or sports-related tightness.
