I've never been to a Specsavers and didn't have a lot of expectations and thought that I might be dealing with discount frames. I was very surprised to find out that a lot of their frames are Designer, fabulous quality, and ended up getting 2 pairs for less than one pair would have cost me at an office. Chelsea was absolutely exceptional.There is not enough I can say about her, except that if you don't go in there and have her help you, you're truly missing out on a gem in the customer service industry. Can't wait to get my stylish "old lady" glasses!!!

The staff were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I had been quoted for glasses elsewhere and they would have cost more then the two glasses I bought at Specsavers - so the cost was definitely a welcome surprised. Will be my go to place for glasses in the future. Plus they had direct billing with bluecross which was a big bonus.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
