I got a call back the next business day which was today and the lady told me that there was no appointment booked even when i read out the appointment confirmation email. Very disappointing. The online appointment booking should be removed if it is not working. What if i had not called? I would have wasted my time to go there.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
