- MWMelinda WhittakerOct 13, 20265.0** Update- Walter the manager contacted me and had me come in right away. He looked over my glasses and helped me with a better cleaning process! He was super kind and helpful!!! Changed my grading to 5 stars** Worst glasses ever. They become so cloudy without even touching them, and cleaning them is impossible. Probably wont go back. I gave them 3 stars cause the price was good. Thats it.

This lovely lady Gursheen was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and she went above and beyond to help me find a solution. such a genuinely sweet person. I highly recommend her! ❤️
- JPJune Morales (Pobrengbyaher0)Sep 17, 20265.0We visited this store (Located in Polo Park Mall) 2-weeks ago looking for affordable lens and frame for me and my spouse. And to our surprised, it’s way more affordable here compare to other stores, and they accepted major insurance here too. Also thank you to Izzat for helping us during our visit at the store. You are very nice and passionate in helping customers like us. So if someone out there looking for affordable lens and frames, I definitely recommend this store. Plus, they give free lens cleaner too. Thank you again Specsavers!..
