Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

My in-lawshad an excellent experience at this location. The entire team was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely caring from start to finish. The staff took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
The manager was especially outstanding—very humble, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. It's rare to find a team that truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and outstanding service!

These guys booked an appointment for my brother in law before a due date. Then insurance said he wasn’t due. They didn’t cancel the order or help him at all with the situation. Now he’s out of pocket. Terrible customer service. I recommend using eyedeal eyewear instead.

They initially provided a quote, but when I was ready to make the payment, one of the employees attempted to change it from $390 to $590, which I found unreasonable. They then contacted the manager, who reviewed the situation and honored the original price that had been quoted.
I felt this demonstrated excellent customer service and a genuine commitment to keeping promises made to customers. Although I have not yet received the product, my experience with their service so far has been outstanding. Their team appears to be highly focused on maintaining positive, long-term relationships with their clients.

I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers KENASTON Crossing. The clinic is very clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
A special thank you to Mona for her patience, kindness, and attention to detail while helping my daughter choose the perfect eyeglass frames. She took the time to understand our needs, showed us many options, and made sure we found the best frame for her. Her excellent customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The quality of the glasses is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. It's great to find such high-quality products at such competitive prices.
