Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

How can I amend or cancel my order?

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.

Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?

If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.

Adult eye exams

We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.

Children’s eye care

Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.

Contact Lens assessments

During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

3D scanning technology (OCT)

At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

Terrific service from the get-go. Zoran, the store manager was tremendous to deal with knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and actually helped me of this. Make a decision that actually cost him a sale of an extra pair of glasses, but made more sense for me.. It’s very special to deal with someone that has a true interest in the customer’s best Treatment. TRoy did a great job with the fitting, The glasses are comfortable and I feel I look pretty fine! I highly recommend SpecSavers

UPDATE – September 16, 2026 I’m updating my previous review because I believe it is only fair to share the full experience. I initially gave Specsavers 5 stars because I was very happy with the affordable prices, fashionable frames, and especially their Filipina staff member, Jondy, who was very helpful and friendly when I chose my frames and completed my paperwork. Unfortunately, when I returned because the arm of my less-than-a-week-old glasses was badly curved and causing them to slide down my face, my experience with another staff member was disappointing. I felt blamed for the problem and uncomfortable during the interaction. Thankfully, another staff member, Sherri, spoke up and made me feel supported. The situation was eventually handled very well by the manager, Zoran. He personally checked my glasses, discovered that the hinges were defective, and arranged to have the glasses replaced. He also sincerely apologized for what happened and assured me that he would address the matter with his staff. My takeaway is that one staff member’s poor service should not define the entire company. Jondy, Sherri, and Zoran were exceptional, and I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. I am therefore restoring my 5-star rating. I hope this experience also serves as a reminder that customers deserve patience, respect, and understanding, especially when they are simply asking for help.

I would just like to say as a first time shopper I was blown away by the service, friendly staff, and the cheap pricing. The girls even played with my 4 year old while I was busy fitting and selecting my glasses. Honestly one of my best experiences in a eye wear shop. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to the Specsaver staff for the amazing experience. This is what customer service is all about.

How much is an eye exam?

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).

How do I book an eye exam?

You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process!
