Was greeted warmly by Troy and Sherri, and they immediately helped me pick out some frames that looked good with my face shape. They gave honest feedback about styles, and presented the options I had for prescription sunglasses. Once I had settled on my two pairs, they sat me down to make sure the prescription was correct and handled everything else on their end. Very nice conversation and incredibly personable staff. The whole process from walk-in to payment took no more than 30 minutes, and that's with me being picky about my frames. I would definitely recommend seeing them during the sale, or even afterwards if you're looking for a nice pair of glasses.

And not on their phones when u walk in which is nice, and I can’t say the same for the Punjabi stuff at superstore location. Got the frames I’ve wanted for awhile.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
