Other stores couldn't find the right screw, but Sam from Pear Vision Grant Park said to leave it to him and that he would give me a call. A few days later, Sam left me a message saying my glasses were fixed and ready for pickup. I was ready and happy to pay for the service, but the shop declined to charge me! I was astonished! I never expected the level of service which made me want to go back when I need a new pair of glasses! Thank you for fixing it, Sam!
