  I am a future patient after today. Joe, the assistant manager, was so incredibly kind and helped me with getting my friends broken glasses fixed. Considering I am not a patient and he had no reason to help me, I really appreciated him doing that out of the goodness of his heart. If he cares this much about non-patients, I can only imagine the high standard of care that he upholds with patients. Thank you Joe for everything!

  I had a great experience at Pearle Vision! Lovepreet provided excellent customer service and was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave me. Highly recommend asking for Lovepreet if you visit Pearle Vision!

  I visited your branch today to pick up Meta glasses and Ray-Ban sunglasses. Unfortunately, the representative named Love provided very poor service.Unfriendly Attitude: Love was cold, completely transactional, and did not smile. She made us feel unwelcome and rushed.Incorrect Warranty Info: When asked about a standard store or manufacturer warranty for the Meta glasses, she insisted we had to buy an extended warranty from the store and claimed Ray-Ban offered no coverage. Another representative later informed us of the actual 30-day store policy, and online sources note a 1-year Ray-Ban warranty.Refusal of Basic Courtesy: When I asked her to wipe a smudge off the glasses, she refused and told us to buy their lens wipes first.We purchase new glasses every 1 to 2 years using our health benefits and have always had great experiences here before. Because of this visit, we plan to take our future business to a different branch.I hope you can address this with Love so other customers do not have this experience.
