The repair was not simple - it required a complete replacement of the monofilament wire on both sides. I did not expect that this could be done on the same day... However, Niamul took the time to repair them, even though it required him to stay later after closing, and he did not even charge me for the work! Very kind of him, and he clearly went above and beyond to help me.
