Came in today to pick up my sunglasses that arrived. While customers are browsing, they won’t go get your order. They are too busy following customers who are still looking, then grab your order. The guys came over to 4 of us waiting 3 times to ask us to wait. He literally could have grabbed the pick up orders in that time. I would recommend calling and making an appointment to pick up your order.

If poor communication was a business model, this LensCrafters location would be a top performer. Let’s start with the only positive—Dr. Joel. Professional, knowledgeable, and the only reason this place gets even one star. Everything else? A mess. I was promised a 2-week turnaround for my lenses. No updates. No calls. Nothing. I had to chase them down repeatedly, only to hear the same line: “We’ll call you when it’s ready.” Spoiler: they never do. After 4 weeks, the lenses finally arrived—scratched. Back to square one. Again, zero communication unless I called. The replacement took another 15 days. Decided to walk in instead of calling (35-minute drive), only to be told I’d need to wait over an hour just to get the lenses fitted. No apology, no urgency, no ownership—just complete indifference. At this point, the issue isn’t delays—it’s the total lack of basic customer service. Great doctor stuck in a completely broken system. Avoid this location unless you have unlimited time and patience.

I have been going to this LensCrafters for years. They continue to offer excellent service and selection. In particular, Niamul went above and beyond, helping repair an older pair of glasses that I brought in when I picked up my new pair. He was incredibly considerate and patient, showing me some suitable frame choices while not being pushy.

My first time at this store. I went to look for a pair of Ray Ban Meta AI smartglasses. Niamul serviced me. He showed me many different types and helped me pick one that looked good on me. No pressure. I also got to try out the display models. I ordered transitions lenses with the smart glasses and it will take 10 days to receive them. Overall, excellent customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
