  ⭐ 1/5 I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience at LensCrafters, especially considering how much money I’ve spent here. I originally went here to purchase glasses and was sold a frame that as I later found out, was not recommended for my prescription. What I still do not understand how this made it through many stages without a single employee noticing. From the sale and ordering process to the lenses being made and then ultimately the finished glasses being handed to me. I wore the glasses for about six months, while also constantly dealing with the lenses popping out of the frames. I brought them back for adjustments and had the frames tightened, but the problem continued. Not to mention that I also had to pay the deductible several times after losing lenses, because of this issue. Eventually, an employee who seemed to recognize the issue to be that after looking at them, they had told me, “These prescriptions should not be in these frames.” Unfortunately, that was only discovered after I had already purchased them and spent additional money dealing with the consequences. Despite that experience, I gave LensCrafters another chance and purchased a second pair. I tried on a smaller size in store to see the style and was told the larger size I needed would be ordered. When I received them, that once again was not the case. At that point I was frustrated, but I needed glasses to see, so I accepted them... I was also told that because of the inconvenience, the warranty/coverage from my previous glasses would transfer to the new pair with the same coverage and deductible. When I later needed to use it, I found out the deductible was nearly 3x what I had previously paid for with the original pair. When I questioned this I was told it was because the new glasses were more "expensive" based on their price without the sale. That was not explained to me when I agreed to transfer the coverage, and I would not have agreed to it under those terms had I known. Now, the glasses I received in April have already lost a screw, and I’m facing another expensive deductible just to deal with yet another problem. What bothers me most is that none of these were issues I reasonably could have identified myself when purchasing the glasses. I relied on LensCrafters and its employees to make sure the frames were appropriate for my prescription, that I received the size I ordered, and that the warranty terms being explained to me were accurate. After the amount of money I’ve spent here, including the glasses themselves and multiple deductibles, I am extremely disappointed with how these situations have been handled. Having one problem would be understandable, but having the same repeated occurrences with two different pairs of glasses, combined with unexpected costs, has completely eroded my trust in this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Brad and the rest of the crew, were so helpful and patient during our visit on labors day evening. They stayed overtime for me and my wife to help us with our new glasses. Amazing customer service

  Thank you very much lenscrafter. 🤩I had a pair of my dad's glasses. They needed a repair for the cushioned feet,for the nose. The young man who took care of me. Fixed them up . Im deeply grateful 🙏 for this.Very appreciative to their attentiveness and kindness. I recommend this place to others. This was a Sunday..
