  My go to place for glasses. I love the staff. They are so helpful and honest. They provide me choices and I don't feel pressured. I would not go anywhere else to get glasses.

  Very disappointing experience. I purchased a pair of sunglasses on August 27, 2026 for my upcoming vacation in September and was told it would take 10–14 business days. By September 14, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the store myself. I was told there had been an issue with the lenses I ordered with the frame I chose, and that they needed to order a different lens. What was frustrating was that no one contacted me about the delay. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known what was happening with my order. Later that same day, I received an email saying that my glasses were ready for pickup. Since this seemed confusing, I called again on September 15 to confirm before making the trip. The female associate I spoke with confirmed that my glasses were ready for pickup. Based on that confirmation, I went to the store on September 19, only to find out that my sunglasses were not ready and were still being processed. It was a complete waste of my time and very frustrating, especially since I had called ahead specifically to confirm. I’m still waiting and hoping that I’ll receive my sunglasses before I leave for vacation. The delays are frustrating, but what makes this experience worse is the lack of communication and conflicting information from the staff. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected much better communication and customer service.

  The guy Jamie has no professionalism. We were standing in the store for 35 minutes just to get an attendant. This is really disgusting. Standing literally for nothing. Just buying glasses with no prescription. Waited this long and get treated like we are not even existing in the store. Still bought the glasses but not coming back here ever. Changed my pick-up to delivery especially not to come again here. The other people who were came way after us getting attendant earlier than us. Worst experience ever. Not recommending this place.

  We had such a great experience at LensCrafters! The two staff members, Jiselle and Mikayla, who helped me, my husband, and our son were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process of choosing glasses. They made sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions, and made the experience easy and enjoyable for all three of us. We really appreciated their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them!
