Came in to have the arms of my glasses adjusted and they were so helpful. Not only did she adjust the arms she noticed that that glasses were offset so she was able to fix that for me as well. Fast friendly service. Very happy I stopped here.

DO NOT EVER CHOOSE LensCrafters at Polo Park!
I started my prescription glasses process at the end of January. After more than four months, multiple remakes, and countless visits, I still have no usable glasses.
The staff had my prescription and even checked my old glasses, yet no one identified that the frame shape and size was the issue. Instead, they kept remaking the same glasses. After months of delays, they sent me back to my eye doctor, who confirmed my prescription was correct and that the issue was with LensCrafters. Only then did they agree to try another frame, I was charged extra but that also didn't work.
During my second-to-last visit, a male manager was rude and told me there was nothing more they could do, making me feel as I had done something wrong, even though I was the one dealing with months of inconvenience because of their mistakes.
My final visit was even more disappointing. The female manager was dismissive and made me feel harassed. She told me to "come back another day" and initially insisted they owed me only $22. After I questioned the amount and asked them to review it properly, they found the correct refund was $115.
To make matters worse, they also damaged my old glasses from another optical store. They said they would tighten them because they were loose; those were clip-on glasses, and after they adjusted them, the clip-on no longer fits properly.
Because of these delays, I lost the vision insurance I had through my previous employer and will now have to spend around $500 out of pocket to purchase prescription glasses elsewhere.
They were very helpful when selling upgrades, but once problems arose, the customer service became unprofessional and dismissive. After four months, I was left without glasses and without a solution.
I would not recommend LensCrafters at Polo Park for prescription glasses. Their claims about customer satisfaction and providing the best customer service are far from reality.

Had a really good experience at LensCrafters with Sandara. Buying glasses is one of those things where you can easily spend way too much time second-guessing yourself but she was incredibly patient throughout the whole process.
She answered all our questions, gave honest input when we asked for it, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. You could tell she genuinely wanted us to be happy with what we picked. Really appreciated her help and the overall experience.

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
