  We have always loved LensCrafters for our daughter's eye care needs. Today, I went in for myself and was delighted by the personality and professionalism provided by Lori Forteau. She was exceptional; she took time to get to know me, understand my vision needs, and made skillful recommendations. Spending $1000+ has never been so enjoyable. Thank you, Lori!

  I went into Lens Crafters store with Ange only to show her a pair of glasses I liked. We left because I needed to go and pick up my hair and we returned within 30 minutes later. One hour later I found two pair of glasses I needed and Ash my sales associate was sick (aka damn good). He was soooooooo patient with me because I can be a pain in the ass always asking for his input. And then there was Janet another sales associate who would pop up out of nowhere ( like a fairy or pixie) and offer me her insight regarding my plethora of glasses selections (just 30 glasses). I would recommend Lens Crafters to any other four eyes like myself (of which I am proud card toting member …..(ALL FOUR EYES UNITE!!!!!). I would recommend that both Ash and Janet deserve large raises, as they represented Lens Crafters proudly

  Wow Ash and Janet were so good to us. I came into LensCrafters with my sister. She is very indecisive but Ash was so patient. He gave her really good feedback on each lens. Each Lens! And she must have tried on at least 30. What I really liked was that he was so knowledgeable and efficient and personable. I felt right at home with him and I can honestly say I really trust the man. In my humble opinion you should give Ash a raise!!! Now Janet was great too. She seemed to bring a lot of experience into our decisions. My sister and I are in our 50s and we didn’t know what was trendy. Well Janet really helped with that. The minute I met her, I knew I liked her. I completely trust her advice as well as Ash’s. Please give Janet a raise as well!!!!

  DUHA (sales associate St Vital LensCrafters) was extremely helpful, honest, professional and pleasant. Was given the necessary time to choose frames. No pressure. Look forward to picking up my new glasses in a couple of weeks!
