- TKTarek Kandeel2 days ago1.0I took my parents for an eye exam over the weekend. The bad experience started from the front desk, the way the receptionist talked and giving instructions without even looking up to me was really uncomfortable. Then the eye exam itself was 5 mins, the doctor was rushing my old parents to answer what they can see, not considering that an old person might take time to process the instructions. It was completely a disrespectful experience the ended up with a wrong prescription. Unfortunately, I have to go and repeat the eye exam somewhere else.

It was not boring to wait for your turn because they will accommodate you right away of your appointment. Receptionist are friendly and accommodating. The lenscrapters too are wonderful.. specially Laura who assisted us in purchasing the eye glasses. They are all amazing!
