I appreciate the variety and flexibility at the club, and the fair pricing. All the teachers are wonderful, but I especially want to thank Shannon and Therese. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Joining Club Pilates was a big step for my health.

Instructors are super friendly and show you very clearly the exercises, also they pay individual attention to each participant in the class which makes much better the experience if you have never had a Pilates class. Looking forward to coming back for more classes.

- MWMichelle WongMar 26, 20265.0This is my first experience doing Pilates and I’ve been really enjoying it. It’s very low impact but challenging and has helped my posture and core strength a lot. I haven’t had a hard time booking classes but I do recommend booking ahead, especially for evenings and weekends. I started off with an 8 class membership and promptly switched to the unlimited. It can be quite expensive compared to traditional gym membership but it takes the thinking out of working out and is really good for those small muscles you never think about. Highly recommend giving club Pilates a try. Don’t forget your grip socks!
