  Sadly I was going to give them 5 stars. It was great that they come out to care homes as I was unable to take my mom in. During the Covid lock down the PCH lost one of her hearing aids. I know this added to the replacement complications and keep in mind it's not like you get them replaced for free. However I was told the replacement was on order yet it was taking a long time. Sent a message to be told that due to Covid replacements were behind due to the lock down. Two days later I received another message asking which ear was it again 🤔 so I knew that it was not ordered. I went in three weeks later to find out it still had not been ordered. I was wondering to myself would my poor mother ever get her replacement. Finally I got it. After two weeks it needed fixing as it was cutting into my mom's ear. That again took almost a week which with all the hassle should have been done sooner, considering all I and my 90 year old mother had been through. So all in all I was really excited at the start but I guess they give great service when you hand over almost $9000.00, but after that they seem to not care about following up etc. And conveniently was able to use Covid as an opportunity to their advantage.

  If your requirement is at all related to MPI do NOT go here, they will only impede the process. No professional experience with dealing with insurance companies. Added a whole year to my whole claim because of their refusal to do their job. Incompetent.
