- KSKen SlapinskiDec 11, 20254.0My wife deals with what is now 'Amplifon', on Marion. She had had an excellent experience with the front desk clerk/assistant. She had needed someone to help with a new phone with the application for 'Signia'. While no other professional would assist her, this woman did help her in this task. Thankfully she did most of what was necessary. I was sorry to hear that none of the other people [audiologist(s)], would help her. Even though she had attained the hearing aids from this company, and this establishment. Thank you to the front desk assistant for caring enough about my wife to help her out. I'm not impressed with the audiologist(s) of whom did not attempt to assist her at all.

I went there for a repair of a hearing aid for my father.I could read from her words how much importance she gives towards the work she is doing and goes above and beyond to to explain things to me to avoid future problems with that hearing aid. Thank you for the excellent customer service . She is an asset for Reid audiology.
