  I had an appointment this morning at 830. When i got there i was told my appointment had been canceled as my normal hearing specialist was no longer there. I now have an appointment for Friday. Not happy i took time off work for an appointment that was canceled and i was not informed.

  Fantastic people, they listened to my problems and fixed me up. Followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable with my hearing aids.

  BreeAnne was wonderful to work with. Saw her for a hearing test, then came back to have some custom ear plugs made. Front desk staff are kind, patient, and friendly; was easy to set up appointments both by phone and in person. Nice clean office. Professional service. Highly recommend!

  This place truly touched me. As a foreigner, my English is limited, and every time I need to make a phone appointment or talk to a doctor, it feels overwhelming and stressful. But here, all of that disappeared. The young man at the front desk was incredibly warm and respectful — his clear pronunciation and gentle pace made me feel understood and cared for. The lady who did my husband’s hearing test was just as wonderful. She spoke so clearly, and she explained everything with such patience and kindness that it genuinely put us at ease. This experience meant a lot to me. In my more than three years in Winnipeg, this is by far the best experience I’ve had. If you ever need services like this, please come here without hesitation. I truly don’t understand why they’re rated only 4.6 — they wholeheartedly deserve a full 5 stars：）

  I've never even heard of this company before but they somehow got my personal info and have started sending me spam mail about reminders for hearing tests for people over the age of 50. This is a great way to make sure I never use your services.
