- GNGrace NortonDec 22, 20251.0would leave zero stars if i could. im leaving this review on behalf of my friend who wants to stay anonymous. we were trying to pick up medication in preparation for their invasive oral surgery and were hassled and berated for it. Shadi was rude, confrontational, and very accusatory and made my friend describe the surgery in detail and kept interrogating them about their other medications and why they could possibly need another one. i don’t even want to go back tomorrow to pick it up but he didn’t have it ready when we got there despite them having the prescription for days in advance. i definitely won’t be returning here after tomorrow and i strongly advise against this pharmacy if you have another option. i understand controlled substances need to be monitored but this was excessive and unnecessary.
