- ADAnna DrachukFeb 16, 20265.0The facility is really nice, clean, and seemed organized. I made an appt the night before for the opening time, and was seen within about 30 min. There was staffing shortage so that created some delays. Shea Gillan PA-C was a wonderful clinician - warm, attentive, efficient. She arranged for x-rays at another location and a few hrs after that, she even followed up via the message on the app with the results and recommendations! I would use this facility again, however, one thing is they do not have imaging capacity. So if you think you might need x-rays, might want to seek elsewhere for purposes of a consolidated visit in the already difficult situation.
- PRPatricia RobinsonFeb 16, 20261.0I made an appointment for 9 am, so did 6 other ppl. There was only 1 clinician and 1 assistant. I ended up leaving before I even checked in, that was crazy. Not to mention there are only 6-7 of the most uncomfortable chairs ive ever propped myself up in so my feet would touch the floor. I haven't been in a couple of years, this experience definitely makes me think I won't go back.
