  We had a very upsetting experience at this office. After waiting weeks for an appointment, we arrived on time and were told we could not see the doctor at all—only tests would be done. No apology, no real explanation, and no effort to fix their mistake. It honestly feels like the doctor does not care about patients, only about billing insurance and charging new codes.

  I was advised to call this location by the Torrance ucla obgyn. They say they'll call back after receiving your records but of course they never do. When I followed up a week later they said they don't take transfer of care patients which if mentioned during my call, would have saved me so much time. They adviced me to call a different location. I wasted 3 weeks being advised to call different locations and I'm considered a high risk pregnancy and need to be seen by a provider. I regret ever considering them.

  Always a good experience with front desk and doctors. Pleasant and timely. Amy Stoddard always took time with us to review questions and concerns, along with a sense of humor. Parking is expensive so we park outside the lot on the street and walk over. Have been going for pregnancy check ups so that was adding up. My only issue is if you have a question outside of your appt, it takes days before you get an answer through the portal and via telephone you only get the call center who leaves the message for you. I miss the old days where doctors would do call backs at the end of the day.

  Very incompetent staff and expensive parking. I was seen there by a midwife impersonating as a gynecologist and upon questioning the whole staff is covering each other’s bacck every body acts like they don’t know anything and directing me to unknown non existing email on their website for launching an investigation and complain. Very bad
