People are very professional and friendly. Parking lot is limited and can be tricky. No cash only atm/debt when paying.

This afternoon I called UCLA Immediate Care and spoke with a representative named Nora, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I called to ask whether the clinic had a specific injection that was ordered by my primary care doctor, and whether I could briefly speak with a nurse to confirm it was available before driving over. I kindly explained that it would be inconvenient for me to come in person only to find out they did not have the injection. Nora was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the call. She showed no empathy for my concerns and repeatedly told me they could not verify whether the injection was available, and that I could not speak to a nurse. Instead, she said I would need to come in person just to find out if they had the shot, or wait 24–48 hours to hear back from the clinic. I was not asking for medical advice, only a quick confirmation to avoid wasting time and effort. I don’t believe a nurse taking less than three minutes to verify whether the injection was in stock would be detrimental to the clinic, but Nora made no effort to help or offer an alternative solution. Overall, the customer service I received was extremely poor, unaccommodating, and showed a clear lack of compassion for patient needs.

They recently installed an ear splittingly loud beeper that goes off at all hours of the day and night. It’s loud enough to be annoying a half mile away. If you were next to it, it would probably give you hearing damage. Maybe it’s for the safety of pedestrians or something, but there’s a limit. You can’t torture everyone in a 0.5mi radius in the name of safety
