Thank goodness I called a few days before his party to check. They had zero recollection of taking the order and their cake printer doesn’t even work anymore. Nobody was planning on notifying me. I was going to have my husband drive there to pick it up, out of our way (because the closer Ralph’s also has a broken cake printer), at 7am the morning of my son’s party for nothing. So unprofessional.
