  I booked a class here through ClassPass and received a formal confirmation email. However, when I arrived at the studio, the front desk refused to let me in, claiming ClassPass hadn't paid them recently. They told me to handle it with ClassPass myself and showed zero empathy for the fact that I had already spent time and gas to get there. It is a B2B payment issue between the studio and the platform—it should not be the customer's responsibility to bear the loss. If there is an ongoing issue with the platform, the studio should take responsibility and immediately coordinate with ClassPass to take their schedule offline, rather than continuing to allow bookings and letting more customers show up in vain. Very poor communication and unprofessional management. If you use ClassPass, beware—you might be turned away at the door without any prior notice.

  Wonderful studio and staff! Definitely felt welcomed after a long hiatus from barre! The workouts are consistently challenging and the instructors are incredibly helpful in maximizing your lift, tone, and burn.

  Pure Barre is great! Excellent full body workout that targets all the areas you want. Pure barre MDR has a great vibe, awesome teachers and Kristina is the best studio owner!
