  One of the best n most thorough exams after 2 other ENT Drs. This office is first class from the moment you walk in. Front desk ready n professional n the PA beyond amazing Ms Alison Ochua thank you. And office Manager knows her job n so happy with this team. And the view to die for while waiting. Actually hardly any waiting at all.

  Super helpful and validating the way the doctors and nurses listen to my complaints and helped find the root of the problem! They were super kind, quick, and clean inside! I especially loved how quick they were to contact me back and get me in within 2 days of scheduling! Awesome place!

  The staff were so lovely. The office has snacks and dog toys you can take. They were very quick and efficient. I didn’t have to wait at all with my visit. From the nurse practitioner to the receptionist, you really feel at ease because of their kindness. This is a fantastic ENT experience. Definitely will be recommending to friends/family. Just the best Dr.s visit experience I’ve ever had honestly. Super grateful!

  I was seen by two PAs, no one ever told me beforehand that not only would I not be seen by an MD, but that there is also NO MD on site. PA was not sure of my diagnosis so I asked to be seen by the MD, but not only was the MD not on site he was apparently not available for the PAs to consult with virtually either. I was then prescribed a medication that was too close to penicillin (a drug I am allergic to) and had to see an actual MD afterwards to get the appropriate diagnosis and the antibiotics that would actually work with my infection. The worst part is that once I received my bill of some $220+ (after my insurance paid out) I called to tell the office manager I would not pay the remaining balance due to the lack of accurate diagnosis and appropriate medication, to which she agreed to and I thought the matter concluded. However I continued to receive bills. So I called the billing dept and they told me that the remaining balance was indeed reconciled and I didn’t need to worry. A month goes by and I receive a new bill for $55, for what I have no clue. I have called the billing dept twice, left messages and have received no call back. All I can say is that there is something not right about this place and clearly they have admin issues and clearly Dr.Farhad Sigari couldn’t care less. I do not recommend at all. If you look up Farhad Sigari MD on google you will see a review quite similar in experience to mine.
