  After several years with several different doctors, I came back here. Wearing the same glasses because the other offices did not offer the excellence of Target Optical. I'm a customers for life Dr. Patel, Ama, Adrian showed excellent customer service 👏 👌 👍

  Had my first eye exam in about ten years today. The Doctor was very polite and explained everything clearly. Josie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, offering to take me through an in-depth process for selecting corrective lenses. I informed Josie that I had narrowed my selections down to about 5 pairs while waiting for the Doctor earlier, and she rolled right into helping me pick one and customize my order. I had tons of questions about how much my insurance was covering, what the differences were between lense features, astigmatism, and a bunch of other stuff.. Josie was extremely patient and explained everything thoroughly. She helped me weigh out pricing by adding and removing any option I asked for. I had a very positive experience here and the customer service was exemplary.

  This amazing team at Target Optical in Manteca is simply excellent! This is by far the best and fastest experience we have ever had purchasing a pair of prescription glasses. We felt welcomed and important as soon as we stepped in the doorway. This team made it seamless and quick. Saul measured and assisted and supported us every step of the way. Joselyn’s sweet and helpful attitude helped us discover color options, Adrian’s level of knowledge supported our decisions and to top it off….the Manager, Ama was absolutely amazing. She understood the prescription and was able to tell us what was going to work. Wow!! As you can see, they are a team! An incredible team. They mesh. They work with each other. They help Each other. The work vibe is so happy among them and because of that….that happy team reflects in how wonderful they treat their customers. Thank you! We will be back for our next pair. I highly recommend them!
