  Seen at appt time. Phlebotomy tech was professional, friendly and made experience almost pain free!

  YWill never use this Quest again! This Quest on Commerce in Manteca had the wrong insurance in their computer and the wrong address for me. Good thing I brought up to verify it with them because they weren't going to. After fixing that, they confirmed that I was only there to give a urine sample, but unfortunately their bathroom was out of order. They told me to take the cup and walk down to the Target Store and use their bathroom and then bring it back. Keep in mind I'm 66yrs old and the distance was .35miles about a 5-8 minute walk each way. Once I returned, I was told I would need to knock at the glass door and tell the person to put the cup of urine in room 3 and that the labels with my name would be right there on the counter, and she showed me. Curious why she didn't just put the label with my name on the urine cup before I left to walk to Target? At least she put the cup in a plastic bag, but no cleansing wipes were provided? I do live out of town and going back to my house wasn't an option. This was a second test to follow up after being treated for a UTI. I waited several weeks for the order from the doctor and needed the test done ASAP. Good thing because I still have an infection! Once I returned from my walk, I knocked at the glass door. I told a gal the cup of my urine needed to be placed in room 3. She didn't even ask my name? I then told her I wanted to accompany my specimen to make sure the correct labels got placed on the cup! Good thing, because they weren't there any more! And the gal in room 3 asked the gall holding my cup what my name was and she didn't have a clue. What if I haven't gone back in?!? Ridiculous! Not the way to handle lab work! Or customer service! 😔 Sadly that's happening more and more nowadays.

  This is not a good place cuz the girls that work there were just chit-chatting at ignore the walk-ins and if you just go walking they will ignore you they will if you ask them if you told him that you're already waited there for a long time and they'll just get people that are already an hour of their appointment The yell at elderly people that need My help for appointments My waiting time for walking was almost 3 hours they'll ignore until if you don't speak up if you speak up they're still ignore you and skip you

  Made my kid cry by twisting her arm and ignoring her when she kept telling them they were hurting her. Got irritated when I repeated they were hurting her and needed to hold her arm without twisting it. Its like they were doing it on purpose.
