    I went in on 1/11 around 10:00am. From the front desk to the optometrist everyone was so nice and helpful. I forgot their names but the front desk was seriously amazing. Service was 10/10 🙂

    The people that work the front desk are extremely unprofessional and this doctor provides no follow-up service once your appointment is complete. It would be better to go somewhere that has policy standards and procedures for when something that was supposed to happen did not occur. Weeks of no follow through on promises from their end despite several check-ins from me and then they get upset when the situation escalates to wanting to submit a complaint or receive expedited service. I’ve never had an experience this bad from an optometrist in 30 years and will never return or recommend this place.

    Adrian was great! He was very patient and helpful in placing an order for my son’s prescription glasses. The entire staff was friendly and seemed really happy to provide great customer service.

    I would like to thank Alma for helping me with setting myself up with a new pair of frames! She did an awesome job going over the options I had to pick from & described everything I had a question for with easy great detail. Definitely recommend coming in if you are by any chance curious on considering a new pair as they have a plentiful amount of options to choose from or look to book an exam with them. Again huge thanks to Alma for going above and beyond! :)
