I went to the pharmacy recently to get a refill of my inhaler. Normally the price for the inhaler has always been 3 dollars, and recently (yesterday) I went there to pick up my inhaler after work, and I had thought it was gonna be the same price of 3 dollars. But as soon as I walked up to the pharmacy counter, was ready to pay, looked at the price and they wanted 13 bucks, I was confused and told them that last time it was 3 bucks, only to be told that yeah it was raised, so I didn't have enough to pick it up and had to leave with no inhaler and anger, I left and then came back, this time with 15 bucks, but when I got up to the counter to pay it was increased. again. to 18 bucks and I left. again. empty handed. more angry. come back. again. this time 20 bucks. I didn't even place the 20 bucks on the counter, I just tossed it on there really frustrated that this has to be my third time coming back with more and more money in hand. After all of that got pulled off I am extremely unsatisfied with the service over there, it was the only pharmacy that was good and close to me so I can just walk down there to pick it up, but now I don't even know, I wanna continue being a customer for the pharmacy but after that, I am at a huge loss and don't know if I should continue sticking around or just going somewhere else. Well I did it, I made a request to move to a new pharmacy, it actually does pain me to do this, I was a customer for a while and I thought it was a great place to go to for my med, for the countless times I was sick. But after that day, I was questioning to either stay or leave, that kind of service I got, just made me just question everything. So I am sorry to everyone over at Safeway and the pharmacy for what happened that day. You will never see me around the pharmacy again. Thanks for the service, it was great while it lasted.
