  This Manteca location is great, and the staff is very helpful. The only issue is that they close at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — which feels too early for those who work on weekends & gets off late. Please keep it open Atleast 10 😂 but I also want to give a shoutout to Alex, who’s always in the men’s room cleaning and making sure everything is in order. He’s a great asset to this location.

  Coming to the gym for 1 year already but slowly see these gym coming down and down, from machines no working, missing a lot of machines that others fitness have and these one don’t , from a machine don’t work and take out and no new come in , from the women restrooms been just 3 working and sometimes 2 for a long time 2 of the toilets been out , from machines been out of seems and no one do anything it’s sad how these gym it’s becoming, yes you can ask why you still go , to tell the truth I was hoping that can change but no

  I’ve been a regular member at Planet Fitness for the past five months, and overall, I’ve enjoyed working out here — the equipment is well-maintained, and the environment is usually friendly. However, my recent experience left me really disappointed. While I was about to start my set, holding the bar and ready to lift, an employee came up and interrupted me because my gym bag was on the floor right next to the machine. He insisted that the bag needed to be in a locker immediately. I politely told him I’d put it away after finishing my set, but he demanded that I do it right then and there. No one has ever mentioned this rule to me before in all the months I’ve been coming here, and the way he handled the situation completely disrupted my workout and ruined the rest of my session. I understand that rules are important for safety, but the situation could have been handled with more professionalism and respect.

  It is way too over crowded at this gym. You barely can get a full workout in all the barbells and dumbbells being hogged and some of the guest don’t have no consideration of giving you space when using the gym machines like get out of my way! And how does a gym don’t have a bench press machine? They really need to get it together with this gym! I don’t too care for this Planet Fitness at all. There’s other gyms that’s better and have a bench press machine there!

  I was there at 5am this morning And I noticed they were playing middle eastern music. I asked the girls why is this music on blasting. She told me that they get on and play music I thought it was a station that continuously plays music. If that's the case play all music Spanish, Chinese, philipino music we live in America if they want to hear their music listen to it on their phone we shouldn't have to listen to it. And how is that the member have access to play there own music.
