  Made me come an hour away to tell me they couldn’t see me instead of giving me a call. Horrible communication. No wonder our healthcare system sucks and so many people complain.

  I want to RAVE about UCLA; we have been with them for 20+years. We saw Dr. Ghafouri until my kids were 21, my husband sees Lucie P. Brining, MD who is warm, intelligent and very caring as she was my first doctor at UCLA. I see Dr. Jason Sherman who, and I know this sounds corny, legit saved me this summer. I was having significant health issues. Dr. Sherman didn't give up on me and ensured I had the proper care to overcome my health issue. I have NEVER felt rushed or ignored at UCLA. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Dr. Sherman, who always gets back to me quickly with any concerns. I am in such a great place right now, in no small part to Dr. Brining and Sherman and I am so thankful for UCLA.

  I've had my yearly physical done here for the past 5 years. Original doctors all have left. Seems to be really high turnover as I was scheduled with my third new doctor in 5 years. Parking is horrible. Small lot under building for entire building. I was 17 minutes late. Apparently their window is 15 minutes. The guy at the desk said he'd ask the doctor. He came back and told me I needed to reschedule. I will but with a different GP. Goodbye UCLA. PS UCLA also had a data hack and my information was compromised. Thanks for that.
