    I spent DECADES thinking Pilates was fake exercise. But then some friends convinced me to try some classes at the Manhattan Beach Club Pilates 6 months ago and I couldn’t have been more wrong! The instructors at this studio push me harder than I knew I could go and have helped make me stronger in ways I didn’t even know existed! I’ve always been someone who dreaded working out, but now I am addicted and actually crave going to classes! The team of instructors at this studio are AMAZING—each bringing their own personal touch to their classes so you are always having fun and never getting bored because every class is a whole new experience! They have all really taught me to be more aware of my body, my posture, my breathing and my strength every moment of everyday. If you aren’t an exercise person, try a class at this studio! It will change your mind!

    I love Club Pilates in Manhattan Beach! I had never done Pilates before and after my first class, I just kept coming back. Motivated by each and everyone of the instructors at the studio, I decided to do a challenge: 100 classes in 100 days. I enjoyed every since one of them. The studio offers a great environment and has a wonderful friendly vibe. The staff and instructors are exceptional and helped me adjust and tailor the activities to my level as I gained more experience. I highly recommend MB Club Pilates. It’s been life changing for me and I am fortunate I joined!

    I’ve been doing Pilates regularly for the past four years, about five times a week, and it’s the only exercise routine I’ve ever been able to stick with consistently. Pilates has helped me build real core strength while also improving my flexibility, which has made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day. The instructors here are excellent. Knowledgeable, attentive and great at guiding proper form. The classes are well structured and challenging without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a workout that builds strength, flexibility, and consistency, this studio has been a great fit for me.

    I absolutely love working out at Club Pilates. The workouts are challenging but feel great, and the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely supportive. Going in the mornings has become something I truly look forward to—it gets my day started on the right foot and energizes me. I also really appreciate the wide variety of class times.     I started my Pilates journey about a year and a half ago and tried several different studios before ultimately becoming a member at Club Pilates Manhattan Beach—and I’m so glad I did.
