Calls do not ring through, and it’s impossible to reach a staff member by phone. For a pharmacy handling time-sensitive prescriptions, this is unacceptable. Corporate has been notified, but the issue remains unresolved. The pharmacist is great! They’ll make every attempt to help. But the cashiers in the pharmacy try to avoid helping.

I’ve now been sitting for 45 minutes watching the 2.5 people that “work” here move like sloths. My Rx was going to take 20 minutes over an hour ago. This place is a joke. Idk if there are other better options in mammoth but I would roll the dice on literally any other place.

Took talking to the pharmacist 3 times and over 3 hours to get one prescription from the emergency room filled. Dealt with excruciating pain the entire time and got treated like crap. I guess when you are the only place to refill medication in town. You can treat people like trash.
