It has improved slightly BUT THE ONLINE COMPUTER REPORT IS NEVER EVEN CLOSE TO CORRECT AND THE PHONE ANSWERING IS VERY RARE.. THEY JUST HANG UP AFTER WAITING ON HOLD SOMETIMES FOR AS LONG AS 15-20 MINUTES!!! I will soon be leaving to give the other clients and myself decent/timely & accurate service!!!!

You need to either call ahead to confirm your prescriptions are ready or go in person. I've tried to go through the online system several times - even giving them days to complete. They're never ready when I get there, despite the website indicating they're ready.
