    Called in and asked if I needed to provide insurance cards and was told they looked them up in their system. Got there and they said they needed my card. Avoid this place, incompetent

    Very busy and long lines but since CVS closed, their are on2 pharmacy in town I use local pharmacy and they deliver Rexall pharmacy costs a little more but support Local people

    Ralphs Pharmacy - Los Osos, CA has had more than ample time to recover accurate and timely service. It has improved slightly BUT THE ONLINE COMPUTER REPORT IS NEVER EVEN CLOSE TO CORRECT AND THE PHONE ANSWERING IS VERY RARE.. THEY JUST HANG UP AFTER WAITING ON HOLD SOMETIMES FOR AS LONG AS 15-20 MINUTES!!! I will soon be leaving to give the other clients and myself decent/timely & accurate service!!!!

    Don't use their online system! Either it doesn't work, or the techs don't know how to use ralphs program. You need to either call ahead to confirm your prescriptions are ready or go in person. I've tried to go through the online system several times - even giving them days to complete. They're never ready when I get there, despite the website indicating they're ready.
