  CycleBar Los Gatos offers such a fun experience. Everyone is so friendly and positive, and it makes working out so much fun! They also have some really fun and creative themed rides that are so fun to join in on

  WORST EXPERIENCE BIGGEST REGRET JOINING HERE! Extremely disappointed in how my situation was handled here. It's been months and months dating back to September of me struggling to get a response to my follow up calls and messages given to staff about my overcharged account and my attempts to cancel my membership. Still to this day I never received a call from the owners that was scheduled or thereafter regarding my case. The staff still continues to tell me "sorry there's nothing more I can do I will pass along this message again to the owners to contact you". I've attached my conversations showing my numerous attempts and follow ups that were completely disregarded and never followed through with (see on Yelp review). LESSON LEARNED. NEVER AGAIN.

  The instructors are all great and the workouts are hard. Without really thinking about it during the classes, I've walked away with some of the best and funnest workouts I've ever done.
