  DO NOT GO HERE. They lie and lie and lie. Before I even committed to a sleep study or consultation they assured me it was a $45 copay and then referred me to their financial clearance unit to double check, who again said yes $45 copay is the ONLY thing you’ll owe. Now they are still sending me bills. Today I got an updated bill from 7 months ago (previously they took my balance off after an updated claim was mad. Now they are going back on that and billing $1000 for a 10 minute video consultation (which is flat out robbery) even as I’m still paying off the exorbitant amount they charged me on top of the $45 they quoted. They are shady and mislead you with promises of just your normal copay then wait months to hit you with surprise bills. I ended up owing this office almost $2,000 that I can’t pay. Their billing department also refuses to assist in resolving this in any way, defending adjusting my bill 7 months later. My insurance said that they should not have billed it like this and the first visit should have been billed as a specialist visit, how the follow up visit was, but the billing department refuses to respond to that when asked and says the new 7 months late bill is accurate and due immediately. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. I reported them to California’s Medical Board. This place needs to be shut down for taking advantage of its patients. Update: Immediately after I received the bill, 7 months after my 10 minute consultation, I got a letter that threatening to send me to collections for being “overdue”

  In my opinion they are great. Whenever I have an issue with my health they immediately address the issue and do whatever is needed to correct the issue. I feel they are very caring.

  The only concern at this place is their personal comfort and the BIG issue is they close for lunch at noon no matter what . Self centered staff, not patient centered. Go any where else if you can.

  They r so rude with my dad And even the doctor ask them for doing 3 test but they did 2 and they told me is finish when I went to the doctor they told here their late
