As someone who had trust in ucla, has been lost after my experience with not having my meds for more then 2 week and they never refilled them after me and my Pharmacy tried, at the end of the 2 weeks I had to go to the ER at my local hospital (not ucla) to get help for my meds because i had a 5 hr Seizure. Will be making a complaint to ucla hospital about this!!!

I thought I had gripes but after reading the other reviews I realized my experience isn't so bad LOLLL
Yes, they drop the ball sometimes and you have to be on top of them about admin stuff which can be exhausting and even impossible when you're dealing with neurological stuff
Treatment-wise though I've only experienced the utmost consideration and respect for the most part. I have a hard time being around men, especially when I'm disrobed, so that's always a rough ride. Women providers are in short supply so men are all they've got I guess but Dr. Kamins(male) is quite thoughtful and patient during our appointments.
It is jarring when there's a surprise extra man in the room(students?) and I could do without that piece but I understand that there's a neurologist shortage and they have to train somewhere.
I do wish they asked for consent before random men popped into my appointments though.
All in all, I'm happy with the care, bedside manner, and facilities

Absolutely the best Neurologists and Nerces I have ever had. Thanks to Dr. John Stern and his team, I have been attended and helped in absolutely the best way possible. Thank you all

$900dlls for an 8minute video call appointment where the doctor still shows up late without the patient record.
