WARNING: Deceptive "Hospital" Billing disguised as Immediate Care Do not go here expecting standard Urgent Care or Immediate Care prices. While they put "Immediate Care" on the sign, they legally bill this facility as a hospital outpatient clinic. Your Copay Won't Work: If your insurance card says "$75 for Immediate Care," it does not matter. Because they bill as a hospital, the charges bypass your standard copay and go straight to your high-cost deductible. You will receive two separate bills. You get billed for the doctor, plus a "facility fee" just for walking through the doors and using their room. They billed it as a max-level hospital visit, resulting in almost $900 in out-of-pocket costs after my insurance processed it. If you have a minor issue, save your money and find a standalone, freestanding urgent care. Do not let the "Immediate Care" name trick you into paying main hospital prices for basic services.

This place is basically a scam. It's called immediate care which you would think is urgent care and thus billed under urgent care based on your insurance plan, but turns out this place is still part of the hospital so they bill you from the hospital and you pay that ridiculously large bill. UCLA is a joke for referring students to here, calling it "urgent care", and scamming students into paying bills they likely cannot afford just because Ashe center doesn't take walk-ins.

DO NOT COME HERE! I got charged around $1200 for a 10 minute walk-in and insurance covered only a 2/3 of it. The receptionist literally confirmed it would be around $25 with a facility fee (which my insurance covered) when I asked... but thats not what the bill said. The service itself was fine.

Had a great experience here. Staff were polite, helpful, and really seemed to know that they were doing.

Rude. Didn’t tell us until after we parked in expensive downtown Westwood they don’t take kids.
