  I had a 4:00 PM appointment with Dr. Justine K. Korolyov. UCLA states there is a 15-minute grace period. I arrived at 4:10, but the receptionist denied it, even when I showed it. The manager, Jose Guevara, kept me for 15 unnecessary minutes, causing me to miss the appointment. Additionally, the doctor left at 4:20 instead of 4:30. This is not the first time—when I call, I am mocked for my accent. I consider this a case of discrimination, and I will report it to the California Civil Rights Department.

  Excellent experiences at UCLA Health on Washington Blvd.The parking g is easy and free, which makes every visit stress free from the moment you arrive. The facility is spotless, we'll maintained, and secure, with a guard on site who helps create a safe, comfortable environment. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful at every step. Dr. Aiming and his team are outstanding - always kind, friendly, through, and patient. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional care!

  Dr. Bier is a really great Doctor which is hard to find these days. He's an excellent communicator, very thorough and friendly.

  Dr. Bier was fantastic and extremely professional and thoughtful. The staff were all friendly and kind. Efficient and supportive healthcare that makes you feel valued.

  Dr. Bier is the best!! He is always thorough, understanding, and extremely helpful. The whole clinic is great. The front staff are friendly and efficient. I always feel heard and respected here.
