  It's hilarious how bad the phone service is! Takes several minutes to through all the different options. I just want to confirm my appointment. update: **BEWARE** was charged an extra $407 because office happens to be located in hospital. Blue Shield did pick up the charge because it was the right thing to do. But, shame on UCLA for hitting unsuspecting patients with this extra "facility fee". There absolutely no way to have know ahead of time that there was going to be this extra charge. We should not stand for this type of grift!

  the worst customer service ever for a medical facility. Can never get a person on the phone to book an appt.!!!
