  I don’t understand how this clinic has a 3.0 rating. I visited for the first time in March 2026, and my partner and I received excellent service. We arrived 15 minutes late and originally had back-to-back appointments with the same doctor, but because of our delay, we initially thought we would miss one of the appointments. The front desk staff took care of us and was able to move my partner to a different doctor. This worked out perfectly and saved us an additional trip to the office. I was seen by Dr. Layla N. Farrahi, who was very attentive from the beginning to the end of my consultation. I was able to share everything I needed during my visit, and she listened carefully, made me feel heard, and stayed on top of everything. I left the clinic not only having received great service, but also with all my blood tests done the same day, X-rays completed, and a referral to the specialist I needed after my general checkup. In addition the patient portal is very easy to navigate and the best I had access to so far. I give five stars to the front desk staff, nurses and the doctor. Everyone was very attentive. The office is clean, spacious, and has plenty of seating, and everything flowed smoothly. Parking is right next to the clinic. You only need to walk a few steps to get inside.

  Months ago I came in feeling really sick, I was scared that I was having a heart attack or just a panic attack. I asked if I could just sit there for a few minutes too make sure I was ok then I'd leave because I wasn't interested in checking in for several reasons. They said that I had to leave because I was a liability. There was absolutely no humanity or caring just cold people who didn't care. I stood outside the building trying to get myself together and they completely ignored me. A terrible place

  Impersonal and useless people don’t care about patients. Will not make exceptions if you are late for your appt regardless of need of urgent care. If you are going to choose a profession in medicine learn how to understand different circumstances instead of always choosing to follow protocol. Trash people here do not come here.

  I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this clinic deserves it. I haven’t felt so cared for at a doctors office since my childhood physician who was my friend’s father. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor I saw were all incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic. I feel very lucky to be able to have a clinic like this to come to, I wish I would have known about it sooner.
